Nido Oven Lunch at Scribe Winery

Event Details

You are invited to the third in a series of events at the intersection of the Food and Design world. Please join us for a Nido Oven Lunch on July 11th with guest chef Brandon Jew.   Brandon has cooked for some of the Bay Area's finest restaurants including Zuni Cafe, Dopo and Pizzetta 211 - and is soon to be the head chef of the much anticipated Bar Agricole, scheduled to open this summer.   We are anxious to see what he can concoct in the Nido Oven using organic produce from Free Spirit Farm in Winters, CA.   Beer from the Linden Street Brewery will be served, as well as juice and snacks for the kids. Guests will also be invited to taste Scribe Wine, explore the hacienda and go on a haybale tour of the grounds.  Dogs are welcome.  Children are invited to attend for free.

Armenian & lemon cucumber salad with roasted beets, parsley, buttermilk vinigrette

Squash blossom, summer squash, basil, sungold tomato & cresenza pizza

Leeks, potaotos, Rosemary and bacon pizza with an egg

Kale, roasted garlic, anchovy and calabrian chili pizza

Peach cobbler with cream



*To save paper, there is no need to print out a ticket since this site provides us with a guest list.  Tickets can also be purchased at the event BUT, if you choose this option, please RSVP to with the number of guest you plan to bring.  Get your tickets soon, the attendance is limited to 60 guests.
