Description

The New Hampshire Institute for Civics Education has received a grant from New Hampshire Humanities for a statewide film discussion series titled Lights, Camera, Civics!The first film in our series will be the American classic To Kill a Mockingbird.

Join us for the kickoff event for the project on Sunday, Janary 27 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership, and Public Service at UNH School of Law in Concord. The event will feature a showing of To Kill a Mockingbird, followed by a facilitated conversation led by Colby Sawyer College humanities professor and film expert Pat Anderson; Attorney Dina Michael Chaitowitz, former appellate chief of the United State Attorney’s Office in Boston; and Concord High senior Julia Peabody-Harhigh. A light lunch will be provided. Reserve your spot today.
