Welcome to NH VegFest 2020!

NH VegFest is a community celebration of healthy, compassionate, and eco-friendly vegan lifestyles in New Hampshire featuring vendors, speakers, and family-friendly activities.

This event is run and staffed by a dedicated group of volunteers. Admission is free and there is ample space for parking.

This Eventbrite listing is for event sponsors and vendors.



Information

Food vendors must apply for a temporary food license from the City of Concord. NH VegFest will pay the food license fee. Application forms must be completed and sent to the City of Concord by March 1st.

Steps:

  1. Download, print, and complete the application form: Temporary Food License Form

  2. Mail completed form by March 1st to the address on the form.

Early Bird pricing ends on March 1st. Prices increase by $15 after this date.

NH VegFest provides:

  • Table and two chairs

  • Area trash barrels and periodic trash collection

  • Area security personnel. Protection of exhibitor's property shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

Exhibitors need to provide their own:

  • Sanitary serving gloves, napkins, plates, serving utensils, sampling cups, sampling toothpicks, etc., if needed

  • Extension cords

  • Table coverings

NH VegFest does not sell participant or vendor lists.

Policies

  • No CBD products may be sold or sampled at NH VegFest.

  • NH Vegfest screens vendors to ensure alignment with the purpose of the event. NH VegFest reserves the right to decline any application at our discretion.

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Food Policy: All products must be dairy-free and egg-free vegan. This means no meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, animal parts, or byproducts. This also means no animal derivatives such as broth, gelatin, rennet, lard, tallow, and no dairy derivatives such as whey or casein. Any food items that do not adhere to these guidelines will be removed from display, sale, and sampling. Ingredients should be listed on the package or on the display. Foods without artificial additives are most desirable. Printed materials, including displays, handouts, and recipes, may not promote foods that are non-vegan. Cookbooks must be vegan.

  • Non-food Policy: All non-food items must not have been tested on animals, and must be free of leather, fur, wool, gelatin and any animal slaughter derivatives or animal products.

  • Printed materials, including displays, handouts, and recipes, may not promote foods that do not meet these guidelines.

  • Images depicting dead, hurt, tortured, or confined animals will not be permitted.

  • Please remember that this is a family-friendly event.
