Does Your Business Plan Still Work For You?

This free webinar is designed for (non-construction) business owners who already have a business plan they’re looking to finetune. We will cover:

  • Techniques to evaluate and better track the factors that define risk and opportunity for your business
  • How to assess the implementation of your plan and what is helping and hindering your progress
  • How to ground your plan more productively into the realities of your business
  • Your goals to define how you will measure performance moving forward

Instructor Nicole Valentine is an entrepreneur, business fixer, tech founder, strategic advisor and corporate lawyer. Valentine advises CEOs and Innovation Leads at Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, government agencies, small businesses and non-profits through game-changing deals using a proprietary business development system created by her consultancy, Synergy Business Development, Inc.

Who should attend:

  • Non-construction Goods and/or Services M/WBEs;
  • Graduates of SBS’ or other mentorship programs;
  • NYC-certified or eligible to apply to be certified M/WBEs;
  • At least 3 years in operation;
  • Have a minimum of $300,000 in annual revenues; and
  • Are interested in pursuing NYC contracting opportunities.
