We will learn about appropriate ways to communicate. Active Listening, mirroring and confidence will be a focus.
Step Three – Value Based Questioning 12/5, 1/16
We will learn how and when to ask appropriate questions. Objections will be discussed.
Step Four – Asking for the Commitment 12/12, 1/19
Product presentations will be practiced. We will also talk about how to ask for a sale, when it’s appropriate. How to refer and why.
Step Five – Developing a Customer for Life 12/19, 1/30
We will talk about excellent after sale practices, how to follow up appropriately, ask for reviews and referrals.
