Clinic Format

Each 2-hour clinic begins with warmups, followed by drills and skills development practice based on the level of each player and each group. Total playing time averages a full hour, with water breaks incorporated into each session.

Each clinic focuses on individual player development: identifying your current level and adding progressive layers to help you continue to improve your basketball skills.

At the end of each clinic, you’ll have a plan with practice drills and tips to reach your next level.
