On Wednesday, March 8 starting at 7pm in Room 204 at City Hall (1000 Commonwealth Ave., Newton), Newton City Council’s Public Facilities Committee will discuss whether Newton should move ahead with Green Municipal Aggregation (GMA).

Mass Energy is very supportive. We have been offering consumers a green power choice for over ten years. By teaming up with Good Energy, we're now offering communities insight on how to make an affordable and effective green aggregation plan.

This free webinar will allow you to walk away more informed about green municipal aggregation, and ready to show up in support at the March 8th meeting.

Topics include:

  • What is municipal aggregation?

  • How can it be used to support renewable energy?

  • What are best practices?

  • A case study: The City of Melrose, which has created an effective green strategy for municipal aggregation
