News & Views: The State of International Trade
Event Information
Description
As trade policies around the world remain hotly debated in public discourse, what is the future of free trade? Is there a global movement toward protectionism? Join the News & Views committee as we welcome Prof. Gabrielle Marceau, Senior Counsellor in the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Organization, for a discussion of some of President Trump’s trade policies, their implications for the U.S. and the global economy, and how international trade will be impacted by a climate of free-trade skepticism across the globe.
Lunch will be provided.
