The Working Backwards Workshop is the Amazon process to get from a spark of an idea and be ready for execution through an iterative customer obsessed approach. This process ensures we develop ideas which are big and compelling enough to customers before we invest in them. The workshop uses Design Thinking techniques together with Amazon’s own mechanism for innovation, the working backwards process. It includes writing press releases and FAQs help crystalize and filter the ideas.
