The Newport Beach Historical Society cordially invites you to our 50th Anniversary Fundraising + Culinary Event Celebration, “THE TASTE OF HISTORY” taking place at 6pm on Friday, September 22, 2017 at The Historic Balboa Pavilion.

Enjoy a delicious dinner with friends overlooking picturesque Newport Harbor featuring cuisine stations from all time favorite local Newport Beach restaurants, live entertainment, historical programs, local celebrities, opportunity drawings and more!

You will not want to miss this spectactular 50th Anniversary Program which will feature presentations from local celebrities including members of the McFadden family discussing the McFadden brothers early years leading up to and including the years in which the McFadden brothers developed and operated the McFadden’s Warf plus other exciting surprises.

Is this fundraising event on behalf of the Newport Beach Historical Society tax deductable? Yes. All proceeds benefit the Newport Beach Historical Society a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and your final donation is tax-deductible by law.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? 21+ Over Only Please.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is valet parkeing at The Balboa Pavilion or street parking. We encourage guests to use a designated driver, UBER or LYFT if they consume alcohol. The Downtowner is a free transportation option for Balboa residents.

What is the Dress Code? Festive. Cocktail Attire.

What's the refund policy? You must request a refund at least (7) days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after the event.
