Class Series-BUT take 1, 2, or all 3! Each class has a different theme. All classes are plant-based and gluten free.

February 2: Soup’s On! Join me for ways to stay healthy throughout winter’s cold and flu season. We’ll be talking about antioxidants and cooking up a pot of Spicy Red Lentil Soup. We’ll also make a Rainbow Bok Choy Salad-that’s packed with nutrients, and finish it off with some cinnamon apple parfaits!

*There will be no nuts used in this class

March 2: Awaken Your Senses With Spring Foods: Come alive as we create beautiful foods with what spring has to offer. We’ll be making massaged Moroccan Kale Salad (yes, you’ll have the most relaxed salad in town!), Cabbage Soup (perfect for St. Patty's Day!), a Springtime “Rice” PIlaf-but the rice you’ll make isn’t your typical rice it's cauliflower rice! To honor National Peanut Butter Day-we’ll make a peanut butter cream pie, hold the cream! Perfect for your springtime holiday!

April 6: It’s time shake those winter blues away & get ready for spring holidays!! Learn how to create a Carrot Soup you'll hop for, a mock "egg" salad, and learn how to make your own veggie bugers with no fillers and grain free (contains nuts)!
