Update 8/19/2021

We humbly ask that you review the protocols below and our health and safety requirements and ensure you can comply with them in full.

In accordance with the NYC Mayor’s Executive Order, we have revised our admission protocols for the NYRF. Everyone in attendance –visitors, exhibitors, vendors, media, speakers, and staff MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED TO BE GRANTED ADMISSION TO NYRF.

Show management reserves the right to remove any individual who is not in compliance with the requirements.

Vaccination Requirements

Everyone will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine in order to attend and participate at NYRF and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry. “Fully vaccinated” means the date of the event you are attending must be:

- at least 14 days after your second dose (must have been administered on or by August 7, 2021) to attend on August 21 of an FDA or WHO authorized two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or

- at least 14 days after your single dose (must have been administered on or by August 7, 2021) to attend on August 21 of an FDA or WHO authorized single dose COVID-19 vaccine.

Proof of vaccination must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination (or test for those seeking medical or religious exceptions). Guests can display proof on a smartphone or present a physical copy of their vaccination card. New York State residents or anyone who received a COVID-19 vaccine in New York State may present proof through the use of the Excelsior Pass (for more details, visit: https://epass.ny.gov).

Very limited exceptions may be granted due to a disability or sincerely held religious belief. CUSTOMERS MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE A WRITTEN ACCOMMODATION APPROVAL IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE and will be required to provide proof of at least one of the following, in addition to properly wearing a mask at all times while inside the building except while seated when eating or drinking.

All written accommodation requests must be emailed to info@therumlab.com. Requests are not deemed approved until you have received written approval from NYRF Management. Please note, a request for accommodation does not guarantee approval. AND you must also provide direct proof from your healthcare provider of:

- negative rapid antigen COVID-19 test taken within 8 hours of the performance start time, or

- negative lab PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time.

Exhibitor representatives in receipt of accommodation will not be permitted to pour or serve.

Everyone is required to wear an approved face covering while inside at NYRF. All face coverings must fit properly and snuggly, fully covering your nose and mouth, and secure under your chin. Face coverings with exhalation valves, bandanas, mesh materials, or with holes are not permitted. Face coverings may be removed for eating and drinking.

Additional Requirements

Everyone must also present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport confirming the participant is over the age of 21 and the name on the photo ID must match the name on the document(s) listed above.
