Mindfulness isn't just for retreats in the countryside – it's something that we can cultivate anytime, anywhere. Even in the middle of the city. If you've never tried it, this is your chance!
Join 50 monastics from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's community to practice mindfulness in the heart of Manhattan.
Meet at ABC Home’s Deepak HomeBase where Thich Nhat Hanh's legacy calligraphies are exhibited at 10am for a 30' guided sitting meditation followed by walking meditation outdoors where we will practice sitting meditation and eating meditation. We will return to ABC Home for a Deep Relaxation at 2pm. Open to new and experienced practitioners.
Join us at any time!

When & Where
In our gallery + theatre space, affectionately known as deepak hombase, within abc home, we host an ongoing conversation series, various wellness events, meditations & art exhibitions to present to our community the most crucial discoveries of our current world. Currently, the gallery is exhibiting the Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's legacy calligraphy collection.
The exhibit is entitled, "I have arrived, I am home", and is a collection of the most intentional and treasured pieces from his 40 years of practicing the mindful art of calligraphy.
