The registration fee includes all course materials, breakfast, lunch, coffee, and refreshment breaks.

Payment can be sent via check with registration form online (http://www.nymda.org) or through event brite ticketing on this page. Please note that purchasing a ticket through event brite will incur a processing fee.

Cancellation Policy: Fee will be refunded less $25.00 service charge (and any additional event brite fees for online registration) for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the meeting. No refund after that date.
