The New York City Zendesk User Group is excited to announce that the next user group meeting will take place on Thursday, August 1st from 6-8pm.

Two members of the product team, Shun Chen and Steven Yan, will be attending the group to answer any burning questions you may have! The meeting will be hosted by Zendesk customer Pivotal in Union Square and Zendesk will provide snacks and drinks. If you can't attend, please make sure to subscribe to the New York City user group forum forum to keep apprised of future events!

6:00 - 6:15pm: Arrival and meet n' greet with other Zendesk users 
6:15 - 6:25pm: Welcome remarks from our NYC leadership team
6:25 - 6:45pm: Steven Yan of Zendesk will speak on User and Organizational Data and how to enable user centric services and support.
6:45 - 7:30pm: 
Breakout sessions to discuss what Zendesk features, integrations and support issues matter most to you and your organization
7:30 - 8:00pm: Networking

Who should attend: This meeting is for Zendesk customers as it is a working session focused on topics related directly to our product. It can also be useful for people looking to learn more about Zendesk and customer service.

We would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added to the agenda. We hope you can make it!
