About this event
A wellness event for adults and parents that are in need of de-stress and burnout relief. The perfect refresh for the new year.
This 8-day course (one session/week) will revitalize you to greater relaxation and self-care, self-consciousness and of course inspiration! It is designed to allow for self-reflection on joy and motivation. This course is co-created. In these group sessions, we will explore more about our motivation and receive tools to prioritize better. Participants will have a reflective assignments as homework.
Sessions focus on mapping out what results you would like to see that day and any blockages you may have doing the homework.
Itinerary:
We will begin with a short 5-10 minute grounding and breath work practices to shift our mindsets and transforming any resistance that may be interfering with our curiosity and joy. We will have a 30-minute discussion on the homework, followed by about 10-15 minutes of any questions.
