Yes, 2020 is coming to an end ... Finally! Let's toast to its departure and to all the greatness that is awaiting us in 2021! ✨
Our New Years Eve Dinner will consist of 3 courses that have been thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef, Jason Perry, along with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival.
We will have three different seating times for this exciting evening! The first seating will begin at 5:30 PM, the second at 7:30 PM, and the third at 9:30 PM.
A look at what you can expect to see on the menu New Years Eve(ning). Each guest will get their choice of one menu item per course! -
Course 1:
• Lobster Bisque with Tarragon Salsa Verde and Caramelized Shallot Crema
• Artichoke and Whipped Feta Tart with Calabrian Chili Marinated Olive Salad and Roasted Pepper Romesco
• New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp with Worcestershire Spiked Butter Sauce and Toasted Baguette
Course 2:
• Duck Confit and Winter Squash Risotto with Shaved Pecorino Romano, Crispy Leeks, Truffle Balsamic Reduction
• Surf ‘n’ Turf: 6 oz. Filet Mignon au Poivre and Creamed Jumbo Lump Crab served with herb roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus and rainbow carrots
• Gulf Fresh Catch: Herb and Butter Basted Crispy Skin-on Red Snapper with creamy Rice Middlins’, served with Satsuma and Frisee salad with Champagne-Mustard Vinaigrette
Course 3:
• Gran Marnier Poached Pear - served with burnt honey crème anglaise and candied pistachio crumble
• Cranberry-Lime Pie – sweet and tart cranberry curd in a rich cookie crust, garnished with a toasted meringue and crystalized ginger
• Chocolate Decadence Cake – gluten free rich chocolate cake with crème chantilly, macerated berries and sea salt
