A yoga practice is a perfect way to welcome in the New Year. This workshop will be focused on creating space for all the new possibilities that lie ahead. This workshop is suited for all levels and abilities. It will involve gentle movement, breathwork and meditation to take us toward our highest potential.

Props: yoga mat, whatever will make you comfortable lying on the floor (blanket, pillow for head, bolster for under knees, eye pillow, etc...)
