-------
"NeW yEaR, nEw M--" *record scratch; gentle throat punch* NOPE. NOT HERE.
Anyone else out here too tired to set New Years' money resolutions right now?
Every January, we put so much pressure on ourselves to plan these huge money goals. But let's be real: We are all still recovering from last year -- physically, emotionally and especially financially. 2020 had us wiped out, and this 2021 news cycle is already starting to drain us, too.
👉🏽 How do we set smart, lasting money goals when we're NOT in the "New Year, New Me" mood?
Join me and the incredible Sheena Allen, CEO of CapWay, in this FREE Q&A where we'll talk about:
- How to find money motivation after a hard year
- How to set realistic money goals without all the New Years pressure
- How to be more forgiving and flexible when your money goals fall through
Deep breaths, y'all. We're baby stepping together allllll 2021.

Speaker Bio:
Sheena Allen is best known as the founder and CEO of fintech company and mobile bank CapWay, and mobile app company Sheena Allen Apps. While visiting her hometown in Mississippi in late 2015, Sheena took notice of how people in her community were still very dependent on using predatory financial services, such as payday lenders, check cashing, and title loan services. This led her to start her second startup, CapWay. CapWay is a neobank that also includes financial education and gamified microlending for those who do not fit into the traditional banking system. Starting CapWay at the age of 27 makes Sheena the youngest black female to have found and operate a neobank.
Sheena has traveled around the world and spoke on subjects such as owning a successful tech company as a non-technical founder and inclusion in tech. She has been featured in various publications, including Black Enterprise and EBONY Magazine. Sheena is a 2018 Business Insider Under 30 Innovator and part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 2019 class.
