At this donation-based event we will gather in a comfy setting and sip heart-opening cacao while we practice gentle techniques such as breath work, movement, and self-touch to release stored tension, stress, trauma, emotions in the body. Then you will have time to share your experience or journal and walk into the new year with calm and clarity!
