ABOUT THE EVENT
Kick off your new year with intention — not pressure.
Community Wellness Consulting LLC and Rep2Life are hosting a FREE 45-minute virtual workout and wellness reset to help you start 2026 feeling grounded, motivated, and focused.
This event combines gentle movement, encouragement, and a guided reflection session to help you shift your mindset and create realistic, healthy habits for the new year. It’s community-centered, beginner-friendly, and open to all fitness levels.
Everyone who registers will also receive the 28-Day Reset Challenge to continue your wellness journey through January that will follow you throughout the year.

- Welcome + Grounding (5 minutes) – Introductions, expectations, and intention-setting
- Warm-Up (3 minutes) – Gently prepare the body
- Main Workout (30 minutes) – Guided movement led by Trainer Shawn
- Cool Down (5 minutes) – Stretching and breathing to reset the body
- Guided Goal-Setting + Free Write (10 minutes) – Reflect on your intentions and create a simple plan
