Event description

Description

Each New Year, people all over the world create a list of resolutions- things they want to accomplish, habits they want to break. And for most people, they’ve broken nearly all their resolutions by the middle of January. There’s nothing wrong with you or your willpower. It really is a matter of how you’re setting goals for yourself that makes them difficult to sustain.

Come and learn how to create achievable, sustainable resolutions that will take you well into the New Year and beyond. Using a technique I developed that has helped me revolutionize my life, we will break our desires down using the One Word (1) technique and focus on goal-building from a new foundation.
