The new moon symbolizes new beginnings and is considered an auspicious time to set intentions. Even if you have already made resolutions for this year, this is the perfect opportunity to reset, refine and reframe them into your own words of guidance and support for 2023.
This all levels class will include movement and yoga poses, breathwork, contemplation and journaling. Modifications and variations will be offered for all poses to accommodate all levels of yoga experience.
