Event description

Description

How can an employer prevent harassment in light of the #MeToo movement?

Shouldn't employers be entitled to ask questions about salary history in interviews?

Are employees of small businesses entitled to parental leave?

These questions and more will be answered at Delfino Madden's annual employment law update seminar. The California Legislature and courts were busy in 2017. Additional changes to employment laws that may affect your workforce include: increase in the minimum wage and related minimum exempt salaries, questions to applicants about criminal convictions, training related to transgender rights, vacation waiting periods, and rest breaks for commissioned employees.

Please bring your questions and join us for lunch with the employment lawyers of Delfino Madden. We look forward to seeing you on January 25, 2018.
