Doors at 8:30 am. Grab a coffee, mingle and snag a seat. We'll start the fast paced mini-workshops at 9am sharp, followed by a killer workout! Cold-pressed green juices and healthy breakfast bites will be available for purchase afterwards from Market Meals.
