Join us for a very special half day retreat to welcome the New Year with presence, calm and an open heart.

Combining Yin & Slow Flow Yoga, Breathwork, Life Coaching tools, Meditation, Visualisation and other techniques, this 4hr workshop will invite you to release expectations, set soulful intentions and welcome 2019 with a truly blissful energy! We will begin by acknowledging and letting go of the past year, then gradually make space for the New Year with clarity and direction. The session will end with a lush Sound Bath led by Simone Salvatici to help clear and make space for the new.

My aim is for you to leave the workshop feeling clearer, calmer and excited to embrace the next 12 months, armed with tools to help you feel aligned and create a balanced, purposeful and inspiring 2019!

I have been running the New Year Intentions Special Session for a few consecutive years, refining and adapting each time, to improve the content and incorporate your feedback from past events. I am very excited to share this special mini retreat and start the year together.

What are the Bliss Sessions? Ariadne's signature workshops, the Bliss Sessions are like mini retreats for your body, mind & soul. Exploring various themes, we use flow and restorative/yin yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques, self love and self exploration coaching exercises, discussion and end with a blissful relaxation. Think detoxing your energy, rebalancing and finding your much needed headspace.


The Bliss Sessions will leave you feeling totally relaxed, grounded, balanced + all blissed out!
