What to expect:
The Bliss Sessions are mini retreats for your body, mind & soul. Exploring various themes, we use dynamic and restorative/yin yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques, self love and self exploration coaching exercises, discussion and end with a blissful relaxation. Think detoxing your energy, rebalancing and finding your much needed headspace.
You will also be treated to a New Year Bliss Goodie bag, with goodies + treats carefully curated to bring more peace, presence and bliss into your year!
