For the first time publicly, Jason Singer (pictured here) will be sharing his story of 190-pound weight loss... how he discovered the world of whole-plant-based foods, and how he took action to save his own life. We ALL have the ability to reshape our health and our lives.

Eager to share her discovery with the world, Beth continued her education and received her Plant-Based Nutrition certification from eCornell, Food For Life Cooking Instructor certification from The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), Starch-Based Instructor certification through the Dr. John McDougall program, and Women's Health and Food Over Medicine certifications from Dr. Pamela Popper's Wellness Forum Health. In addition to teaching and speaking across the country, Beth was recently hired as Wellness Forum Health's General Manager.
Beth is passionate about helping her students understand and implement easy food choices and simple cooking skills that lead to optimal health. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious and her workshops are interactive, fun, and incredibly informative!
