Join us for The New Year Awakening — a soothing afternoon designed to calm your mind, release stress and tension, and restore balance through sound, breath, and somatic movement. The perfect way to start the year, with some self care and wellbeing! This is for you if you are:

  • A professional needing a nervous system reset from the week
  • A gym goer needing some cool down and recovery
  • A parent needing a break from juggling life and managing burnout
  • A newbie who just wants to try something new and find inner peace
