Todays event looks at "Intellectual Assets - Pros & cons of different protection approaches"

The New Ventures Support Group is a group is open to both staff and students from the University of Edinburgh that are currently running or about to start a high-growth or technology business. The main objective is to create a forum for entrepreneurs to support each other and offer peer to peer encouragement and share learning. The groups will be facilitated and supported by the Company Formation Team along with a range of external speakers and advisors by invitation. These sessions will run once a month for a couple of hours. The first hour will be spent exchanging news and discussing any current issues followed by a second hour discussing a specific topic relevant to the group.
