More than one’s IQ, a person’s Emotional Intelligence (EQ) determines their true potential for success on the job and in life.  Regardless of a person's country of origin, or cultural upbringing, the EQ qualities exhibited by successful individuals are the same traits possessed by healthy teams, true leaders, and productive employees.

This 6-part series will give you the personal and cross-cultural skills needed to develop successful working relationships. As a widely accepted multicultural tool, Bringing out the Best in Yourself at Work has been translated into more than 10 different languages and is effectively taught in businesses all over the world including places like China, UAE, Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, India, UK, and—of course—United States.

In this series, participants will learn to:

* Communicate more effectively within and outside your organization
* Give and receive effective feedback to others
* Prevent and resolve conflict before it becomes crisis
* Create highly productive and motivated teams
* Turn leadership weaknesses into strengths
* Critically evaluate personality traits in yourself and others

WHAT IS THE ENNEAGRAM?:

More than a personality typology, the Enneagram is a profound map illuminating the nine different architectures of the human character. It is also the most powerful and practical system available for increasing emotional intelligence (EQ), with insights that can be used for personal and professional development. Because the Enneagram is cross-cultural and uncannily accurate, its modern usage is growing dramatically across the globe. In addition to being used by individuals who embrace it for their own insight and development, organizations are using the Enneagram to increase emotional intelligence, enhance communication, constructively manage conflict, build high-performing teams, develop leadership, and more.
