Description

TOPIC: New Tech Meets Fair Lending Regulations

Modern lending products and services use alternative data, advanced underwriting, new methods for identity verification, targeted ads, and app-driven communication. But these elements must comply with fair lending laws and regulations, which were largely created long beforehand.

How should builders think about Redlining, Reverse Redlining, Steering, and Discretionary Pricing? Join our directed conversation with Shara Chang of Buckley LLP. She’ll offer practical advice for practitioners of alternative data, underwriting, pricing, offer targeting (including Facebook ad campaigns), and SMS-based customer interaction.

Bring your questions!

Shara Chang is Counsel at Buckley LLP where she works with fintech companies on matters relating to consumer protection regulation and enforcement.
