We have created two 4-week workshop series which are a hands-on way to build your go-to-market strategy. At the end of the program, you will have laid a strategic foundation and created an actionable marketing plan for your product or company launch.
Our format consists of live workshops in San Francisco, supplemented with online templates, a Slack community and individual 1:1 coaching sessions. Our class sizes are small, usually ten people, so you will have plenty of interaction and ability to discuss your specific situation.

Workshop Series 1: Go-to-market Strategy
Dates: Tuesday each week from January 17th - February 7th, 2017 from 6:30-8:30pm

In this four week workshop series, the first half of our overall program, you will lay the foundation to set you up for a successful launch or to create a compelling venture pitch. Build your strategy with the help of pros who have done it hundreds of times, and an engaged peer group.

Workshop Series 2: Go-to-market Planning
Dates: Tuesday each week from February 21st to March 14th.
(No class on 2/14/17 before the second half of the program starts on 2/21/17)
In this four week workshop series, you will develop a detailed road map to launch and grow your business. Create detailed actions plans to drive revenue, active use, loyalty and advocacy.
