For our 38th Annual Training Conference
A primary purpose of NEW: PATHS is to improve the knowledge, skills, and overall professionalism of its members by providing information and training. Our annual Training Conferences are a cost effective way to provide current information and training to a large number of people in a concentrated period of time. We offer town-hall sessions, workshops, and forums that include representatives from Federal agencies, non-profit educational institutions, and private agencies. They provide the most current information about a variety of topics of interest from upcoming regulation changes, best practices in the field of human services, effective time and caseload management to name a few. What began with a small group of workers in a local agency has now grown to a national organization with members from all levels of the profession from around the country.
