About this event

UPDATE

In light of the most recent updates regarding COVID-19, and after many discussions with our Local Planning Team in New Orleans and national partners, we have decided to postpone the Music Education Convening originally scheduled for March 25-27, 2020.

Those already registered for the Convening represent a powerful cross-section of investment in New Orleans music education, including K-12 educators and school leaders, local and national programs, cultural institutions, foundations, musicians, and university faculty. We hold the health and safety of this extended community, and the students and families we serve, as the highest priority.

Please note that we are not cancelling, but postponing to the optimal time, tentatively Fall 2020. We look forward to rescheduling, and your attendance is key to the event’s success!

SIGN UP HERE to let us know you are interested in attending the Convening, and we will be in touch with an update soon.

If you have any questions, please contact stmschool@savethemusic.org.

Thank you for your understanding, and for your commitment to music education in New Orleans!
