Event description

Description

Kicking off the New Orleans festival season 2017, the Inaugural New Orleans Bourbon Festival will provide our attendees with an opportunity to enjoy exceptional Bourbon and cuisine surrounded by the charm and culture of New Orleans. We will have the finest Bourbon distilleries and restaurants, provide the most experienced and relevant speakers and highlight a rapidly growing segment of the industry by presenting “Women in Bourbon”. The New Orleans Marriott at the Convention Center will be our festival headquarters where we will present our seminar series. Additionally, the Marriott will play host to the first annual New Orleans Bourbon Awards and related Bourbon Brunch. The venue for the main event is The Sugar Mill, located in the historic Warehouse District of New Orleans. It will feature a private courtyard with cigar lounge, two grand tastings of Bourbon from the world’s finest distilleries, traditional New Orleans cuisine, and live classical jazz music in an early 20th century “speakeasy” setting.

Ticket Levels:

  • Food Only at the Grand Tasting: Friday or Saturday (6:30 PM - 10:30 PM) - not interested in Bourbon tasting but want to enjoy great New Orleans cuisine, cigar lounge, jazz music and marketplace? This ticket is for you. Excludes the Sunday Bourbon Awards Brunch (for VIP and VIP Judging ticket-holders only).

  • General Grand Tasting: Friday or Saturday (7:30 PM -10:30 PM); same as Food Only; plus, access to the finest Bourbon on the market.
