What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a powerful modality that often helps reveal obstacles, limitations and entanglements that may stop us from living life well. Family constellations can help resolve such issues as partner issues, financial issues, relationships with a difficult parent, self-sabotage, depression, anxiety, and many others.

How can you benefit from this work?

- a deeper understanding around a particular issue,

- seeing your family system from a different distance, which may result in some positive changes to your emotional state,

- accepting love as it comes from our parents and ancestors even in the most difficult family circumstances,

- improving how we react to triggering situations/people,

- finding spiritual alignment.

In this online Family Constellations gathering, we will loosely follow this flow:

- Introductions and community agreements (confidentiality and compassion);

- Somatic grounding;

- Family Constellation for 1 or 2 clients, where you will have an opportunity to represent a member or a phenomenon in a client's family system. Often, you may receive deep learning about your own family system, as a result of such experience.

- Sharing;

- Closing meditation.

Yulia Kriskovets is a Family Constellations Facilitator in Training and an experienced Somatic Practitioner. The democratic pricing structure will remain while Yulia completes her Constellations training (summer 2023).
