Now that you've brought a baby into the world, it's time to rehab your body, mind & soul. Leave your little ones at home and join BIRTHFIT South Bay at Athleta The Point for a morning of movement, nourishment and connection. We'll begin with BIRTHFIT's signature postpartum class where you will learn functional movements to reconnect with your body and restore your core. We'll end our movement portion with some restorative yoga and a relaxing meditation. After class, you'll be introduced to ways you can nourish yourself and connect with BIRTHFIT's community of other new moms.
