New Mobility: A Mobility as a Service (MaaS) Update


Confirmed speakers include:

Bruce Belzowski, Managing Director, Automotive Futures, will moderate the conference and present his updated research on automotive OEM MaaS strategies.

Ann Schlenker, from Argonne National Laboratory who will present the results from the US Department of Energy's SMART Mobility 1.0 project that ended in 2019. She will provide insights from the combined 3 year, 5 national labs, and 33 projects that made up the main project.

Sampo Hietenan, CEO of MaaS Global LTD. will discuss the current state of MaaS from a global perspective. Sampo is one of the early leaders in MaaS implementations with his Whim app that is used throughout Finland today as well as in other countries.

April 29, 2020: Globalization of the Automotive Industry: How Have New Trade Relations Affected the Globalization of the Industry? This conference will be organized around the idea of whether and how the automotive industry has changed because of changing trade relations throughout the world.
