On Friday, March 24, in Washington, DC, join New Leaders Black women alumnae and friends in educational leadership for in-person plenary sessions, leadership workshops, and wellness experiences. Hear from Goldman Sachs Black women executives on how to navigate leadership at the top and ask candid questions to further your own development. Get real-life strategies on executive presence, building and healing relationships through an equity lens, and leading as Black woman in education. Feel empowered by learning new skills on how to lead a life of balance and self-care, while leveling up and leading others. Prioritize your growth and engage with other Black women education leaders in space filled with teamwork and sisterly collaboration.
On Saturday, March 25 (our virtual day), we will open registration to all our alumni and their staff, with breakout sessions on instructional leadership and equity in education in our post-pandemic world.
