New Frontiers in 3D Cell-culture-based Screening Technologies: Towards greater physiological relevance
Advanced 3D tissue models possess a high potential to foster drug discovery and development, providing greater physiological relevance for in vitro testing. The first annual New Frontiers Conference will establish an international forum in which to discuss integration of advanced 3D models throughout the drug discovery and development process, with an emphasis on translational approaches.
This one-day symposium will include sessions on current state-of-the-art 3D model systems for drug discovery and toxicology/safety testing, including keynote and invited speakers representing industry, regulatory, and academic perspectives on each topic. Poster abstracts submitted by August 15, 2016 will be considered for one of six attendee podium presentations.
