This is a comprehensive training for all DuPage County HMIS users. This training provides a review of the purpose behind using HMIS and key highlights from the Standard Operating Procedures. Users will learn the correct methods for locating and adding clients in the system, creating and updating households, managing proper data sharing, and completing accurate data entry of client demographics, program participation, and service provisions.
Pre-requisite - Users must have a basic understanding about their program(s), their role in HMIS, and have been trained on their Agency's Privacy Notice.
Lunch will be on your own. A cafeteria is available on site - Credit and Cash are accepted.
Parking is available in the attached parking garage, North of the 421 building. Public entrance is on the East side of the garage. You will need to park on the Brown - Red level (roof top).
