New User Training Part 2
This training is a comprehensive training available to both new and current DuPage County HMIS users. New Users are stronlgy encouraged to complete both Part 1 and Part 2.
Each session will review the following -

|- Data Quality||Case Manager Assignment|
|- Security||Counts Reports|
|Introducation to ServicePoint - Navigation, Modules, and Features|
|Client Record Search and Creation|
|Household Creation and Management|
|Releases of Information|
- Must have a basic understanding about own program requirements and service details
- Understand own primary function in HMIS
- New Users are to complete new User Training - Part 1
Parking is available in the attached parking garage, North of the 421 building. Public entrance is on the East side of the garage. You will need to park on the Brown, Green or Red levels (roof top).
