At New Century School, our curriculum is focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math with an Environmental focus (E-STEAM). Our teachers are free to develop curriculum and projects that are interdisciplinary, applied, collaborative, and hands-on. We cultivate a safe environment to try new things. And students are encouraged to embrace successes and failures as opportunities to learn. Over the years, our teachers have developed countless interdisciplinary projects that challenge students to make new connections with their environment and community, bring new ideas into the classroom, and solve real world problems.
