You're invited to enjoy 4 special releases, including the new limited-release Ironclad IPA, dry-hopped with three west-coast hops giving it intense citrus and grapefruit notes, and the brand new Bantam Rojo Cherry-Aged Sour Cider, made with ale yeast, sour cherries, and black peppercorns!

Plus, Fisherman's Tom is bringing back one of my all-time favorites: the massive 11% ABV Imperial Pumpkin Stout, and Bantam's Dana has the last case ever of their single-batch Smoked Saison, a cider made with both Belgian & French Saison yeasts and smoked apples. For the record, I can't wait to try that.

Beer Launch Party for Cape Ann's Dry-Hopped IPA & Bantam's Cherry-Aged Sour Cider at Scholars American Bistro and Cocktail Lounge on Tuesday, August 27 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM!

This event is free to attend, pay as you eat/drink. Paired food specials will be available.

They'll be serving some fantastic beers and ciders, including brand new releases and the last bottles of the Smoked Saison!

Ironclad IPA

American IPA - 6.6% 69 IBUs
Dry hopped with three different hops this beer has an intense citrus and grapefruit aroma. Mildly sweet and just enough bitterness to make you want another sip, this beer pays respect to all the wonderful west coast IPA's out there.

Fisherman's Imperial Pumpkin Stout

Imperial Stout - 11% 43 IBUs
The Big Brother version of our original fall seasonal. The Imperial is more robust and intense in flavor with a noticeably spirituous finish.

Rojo

Specialty Cider and Perry - 5.4%
Rojo is a blend of local apples fermented with an ale yeast and aged with sour cherries and black peppercorns. It is unfiltered and semi-dry.

Smoked Siason

Specialty Cider and Perry - 6%
Smoked Saison is a blend of local apples fermented with smoked apples and two types of Saison yeast - a Belgian and a French strain. It is unfiltered, smokey, smooth and finishes dry. Extremely limited batch.
