During this one-day course you will perfrom exercises and techniques used in top-down supply chain management including: creating a level Production Plan, scheduling receipts in the Master Prodouction Schedule, calculating Material Requirements Planning (MRP), managing capacity in Production Activity Control and measuring inventory within each level. Everyone working in supply chain related industries needs to have an understanding of the planning and control of materials upstream and downstream from their organization. This course will provide that understanding.
This is the first of five APICS courses designed for the student interested in becoming CPIM certified, but is an outstanding stand-alone program for those wanting an understanding of supply chain management.

Payment and Registration:
Course Fee: $249 (members)/ $299 (non-members) per student. Registration includes the BSCM Participant Workbook ($180 value). If you would like to have your Participant Workbook sent to you prior to class, please provide your address to the course instructor by December 9th.
Certification Maintenance Points Fee: $149 (does not include Participant Workbook). APICS certification holders will receive 8 maintenance points.
Credit Card Payment: Please fill out the online registration form below to pay by September 21st.
Payment By Check: Please RSVP with the instructor by September 21st. Payment is due the first night of class. Make checks payable to “APICS Baltimore Chapter”.
Request for Invoice: Email the instructor if you need to have an invoice for your company in order to make payment. Please provide all pertinent information that should be included in the invoice (PO#, company acccount payable contact, company address, etc.)
Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are permitted up to one week in advance of the course start date.
