Description

This run will take you through a 13-15 mile route up two bridges Manhattan and Brooklyn. For those running Berlin this will be a taper long run. Those that are running Chicago this will be a build up to your 16-18 mile long run if you are doing the NYRR Training Run Sept. 17. We will raffle some fun NB Swag for you to wear on your run.

Bag Check will be provided.

Run will start at 7:45am, Please arrive on time.

To see the course map Log into Strava. This is just an idea of what the route will be. There is water fountains along the route. If you have hydration belts and/or gels please bring them with you if you are planning on doing the same for the race. Practice how you will race.
