Join NEVERMORE in celebrating Edgar Allan Poe and the San Fernando Valley on October 29th! Our Poetry Hub is free and open to the public - running 11am-6pm, it is for all ages and includes crafts, face painting, literary booths, poetry readings by 40 LA poets, poetry give-a-ways, a graffiti wall, live drawing, Virtual Reality stations, and a food truck! Costumes highly encouraged, and there’s even free parking.
Purchase a ticket and you get a METRO Day Pass and access to join the Haunted Valley Bus Ride, traveling from the Hub along the METRO Orange Line. Tickets are almost sold out, so get yours now! * Awards ceremony at the Van Nuys Civic Center at 5:15pm honoring Cece Tio (Producer, Moving Arts), Michael McDowell (former VP, LA Tourism & Convention Board) and Ovanes Chobanian (Deputy, LA Councilmember Nury Martinez’ Office)
