This class is an introduction to espresso as a brewing method. We will focus on basic concepts of espresso and building up an understanding through a hands-on workshop (with material to review and take home). An overview of essential equipment will precede the guided operation of the espresso bar to pull shots and steam milk.
Cost: $35/person, paid at the cafe register
Includes an SCC pencil, sticker, and half pound of espresso.
Duration: 3 hours
Note: Attendees must be over the age of 16. If under 18, a parent/guardian must accompany.
