Being a good at sales of any kind means winning the person - their heart, mind, brain, and most importantly, their subconscious.
Getting people to buy your products, services, ideas, agenda or even just gain their favor means getting another's subconscious on-side.


Learn Neuroselling


Neuroselling investigates the ways people really process information during a conversation or sales pitch. Surprising facts? Others aren't processing you or the information you are presenting with consciousness, logic, rationality, or language: instead the brain works on subconscious, social, emotional, and image-based impulses. What do you need to know and how can you tap into this in order to be more effective at all you do, including and especially sales?

We will divide this full day program into two halves.

The morning will tackle the Principles of Neuroselling: Learn the brain-based principles, you need to know to be a more effective salesperson.


Develop Your Executive Presence


The afternoon will be dedicated to what we call 'self-presentation'. Some people change the entire mood of a room just by walking into it. 91% of communication is non-verbal: what are you really putting out there, for people to know about you? Learn how to develop your executive presence, power, energy, appearance, authority, and the impressions you leave with people, based on insights from cutting-edge life sciences and research.

Sanjay Dhebar enjoyed an exciting and varied career in the Healthcare and Consumer Package Goods Industry as a senior leader for 15 years. Specifically, he mastered expertise in business development as well as marketing and sales leadership while working for national and global companies and their brands. Sanjay is a highly rated faculty member with the Schulich Executive Education Centre, York University for about a decade. He coaches and develops senior leaders in organizations including Four Seasons Hotel, Roche, TD Bank, NN Group, Mercedes Benz, Samsung, Teva, Four Seasons, and Sick Kids Foundation. He uses the ‘case study’ methodology in his teachings drawing on best practice approaches across sectors. Sanjay has developed a respected process and practical approach called “The Business Workout”, which enables business leaders achieve better performance and success. Recently he published his book “Tool Box for Performance Driven Leaders” to compliment his keynotes on this topic. Furthermore, Sanjay is an Adjunct Faculty at York University Schulich School of Business, McMaster DeGroote School of Business, and the University of Salzburg Business School in Austria. Sanjay’s teaching focus includes sales/marketing, strategy and government, building on his decade long international teaching experience, and his expertise to develop cutting edge experiential curriculum design. Sanjay is an active community member and has been involved in several community initiatives. His community involvement started as an elected alumni member of the Ryerson University Senate, where Sanjay was part of the approval process converting Heritage buildings such as ‘Sam the Record Man’ and ‘Maple Leaf Gardens’, into the university recreation centre and school library. Sanjay also chaired ‘Hearts of Light’, an annual fundraiser for the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation for 5 years. Currently he is an active member of the American Marketing Association (Toronto Chapter) mentoring emerging leaders. Sanjay holds an Honours BA in Public Policy from Ryerson University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Leicester, UK.
